A beautiful old tea tin with a Japanese motif.  (Not sure why tea tins often had Japanese illustrations, as Japanese tea is usually green tea and the tea tins would have likely contained black tea.)   Anyway, it’s nice to look at, no matter what.  Since this tin had red accents, we’ve paired it with a complementary red shade, to give a more traditional-looking lamp.  If the red shade doesn’t suit your decor, it may be substituted for a white shade if desired.

All electrical components are new.  Comes with a medium base socket, in-line on/off switch and approximately 6 ft of black vinyl cord.  The bulb is not included.
