The name of this creation comes from the movie ‘Mars Attack’ – it’s a classic and worth a watch if you  haven’t already seen it.  In the movie the aliens’ claim of peaceful intent is accompanied by the liberal use of disintegrating ray guns!   This fellow is made from a vintage pencil sharpener (shaped like an antique telephone), a brass camping stove, silver cutlery and some bits and pieces.
