New name, same great show – thanks to Emily and her team for all the organization, promotion and setup.  The weather cooperated beautifully and the crowds were pretty steady throughout the day.  We had a successful show and it’s always great to see people’s reactions to what we do – some puzzlement (admittedly), but also lots of smiles and compliments.   We always have lots of parents and grandparents who drop by with kids and explain what the various things are, and the kids’ faces can be priceless.

It always feels good to have people go home with one of our lamps and know that they think they have found the perfect gift for family, friend or themselves.   It also sounds like there is some interesting custom work coming our way, as some people realized that their grandparents stuff doesn’t have to sit in the basement gathering dust but can be made into something functional that also acts as a momento.
