Sorry for the multiple emails today (for those of you who subscribe), but we just finished this and thought it turned out pretty well, so are excited to share it.  It’s a bit more conventional-looking than many of our lamps but we liked the design of the cast-iron base so much that we couldn’t resist. The shade is less conventional, being a part from a deconstructed thrift store lamp, but goes nicely with the base.
